David  A.  Stern,  P. E. has completed over 200 construction and real estate litigation cases, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, throughout California. A wide range of cases including Construction Defects, Contract Disputes, Accidents and Jobsite Injuries. He has 39 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. He has been a Licensed General Contractor and Civil Engineer in California since 1981, and has headed Westec Construction, Inc. since 1984. He is a Lecturer on Construction at UCLA and Cal State.
